As Change and Adoption Manager you will work on high user technology impacting projects to ensure user adoption and more sustainable implementation of change is enabled through effective change management strategies, developing and implementing change management plans to ensure we release value early.
You will be required to ensure that widespread interest and engagement in projects and programmes is generated and the approach is shared to support change management across the organisation, providing insightful analysis to enable leaders to understand the perceptions of our people as they go through change
You will lead, coach and counsel stakeholders in the development of a compelling narrative for change using a diverse range of sophisticated communications channels and techniques to engage people in change, undertaking analysis to understand its impact.
Skills / Experience Required
* Significant experience in delivering business change with the proven ability to lead people through change and transition and the ability to plan and develop change strategies to support the implementation of changes.
* Understanding of implementing agile / transformative ways of working, an awareness and understanding of process mapping and of using a product approach to deliver outcomes
* You can demonstrate an understanding of project and change management theory and practice, including different models and their effectiveness, operating effectively with leaders to gain their support and can provide examples of developing communications to increase user adoption.
* Demonstrable communication skills at all levels, along with a confident approach, resilience and self-awareness and excellent attention to detail.
