We are looking for a proactive individual to join Talbots as a Paralegal for our New Homes department with at least working competency of conveyancing or New Build plots.
As a Paralegal you will be expected to assist lawyers in our New Homes conveyancing teams on client matters from inception through to completion.

What the job involves;
* Assist lawyers in the conduct and management of standard conveyancing transactions such as sales and purchases of leasehold and freeholds, registered titles and unregistered titles, re-mortgages, plot purchases, transfers of equity, part-exchange work and shared ownership.
* Proactively deal with a wide range of queries across all method of communications, supporting all colleagues within the department as well as liaising with existing and new clients,
* Ensure compliance with SRA, Lexcel, Law Society Quality Scheme standards, SARs and accounting requirements.
What you need:
* At least working competency of new build conveyancing.
* Be passionate about giving outstanding client care to both clients and refers.
* Excellent administrative, planning and organisation skills to meet deadlines, understanding the importance of working to strict time scales.
