Description
This interim accountant will be responsible for the following:
1. Provide support to the accounting and finance team.
2. Ensure all Accounts & Budgets are issued on time, are accurate, and are of the highest quality.
3. Deliver to department productivity metrics and contribute to the team.
4. Analyze financial reports, including data on income and expenditure and balance sheet.
5. Strengthen relationships with Operations through refined and simplified processes.
6. Maintain clear and accurate communications to line manager and the wider business.
7. Take full responsibility for your own development.
8. Any other tasks as and when required to enable smooth running of the department.
Profile
A successful interim accountant should have:
1. A background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
5. The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
6. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to learn.
