SALES ADMINISTRATOR Hours - Monday 8am to 5pm, Tuesday – Friday 9am to 5pm with a 1 hour early finish on Thursday to make up for the 8am start on a Monday. The Sales Administrator will play a key role in supporting the Sales Director, Sales Managers, Sales Outlets, and the Sales Office Manager with the day-to-day operations of the sales office. This position is responsible for providing essential administrative assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of the team. The role: Provide secretarial support to the Sales Department. Tasks include drafting letters, memos, reports, and spreadsheets, maintaining organised filing systems, scheduling meetings and handling general administrative duties. - Record and update sales statuses, bespoke options, and variations on the Sales Monitor. - Ensure that all development information is accurate across internal systems and the company website and external platforms such as Rightmove. - Generate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports as required by the Sales Department, Divisional Management, and Group. - Manage administrative matters for the Sales Advisors, including commission, annual leave, and rota adjustments. - Facilitate the flow of information between the Sales Department and other teams within the division. - Respond to telephone and e-mail enquiries from prospective customers regarding upcoming and current sites. - Support the Sales Director by assisting with communications and coordination involving Management Companies.
