Your new role:
1. As Account Handler you will be part of our expanding Leeds team, working alongside a team of 3 Account Executives on a range of cross-class commercial clients
2. You'll be lots more than a post box, instead empowered to really think for yourself in order to find solutions for your clients throughout their insurance cycle
3. Daily duties will include advising clients, MTA's, managing the renewal process and quoting additional risks and requirements for existing clients - this isn't selling, it's responding to your clients' enquiries and needs
4. Lots of variety to your working day in the form of client interaction, negotiation and relationship building with insurers and supporting claims colleagues on your cases

You:
1. An insurance Account Handler (or Underwriter looking for a change) with a solid grounding in commercial insurance and looking to further your career - you don't need to know it all, as training will fill in the gaps
2. You'll have strong client service skills, able to communicate effectively on the phone, by email and in person, where appropriate
3. Able to work to deadlines, managing multiple accounts and priorities effectively
4. Relevant qualifications (e.g., Cert CII) are a plus, but not essential
