Role Overview:
We are working with a company based in Near Enfield, Greater London who are seeking an experienced and ambitious Contracts Manager to join their team. This full-time, permanent position involves overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
You will manage a variety of maintenance tasks, ranging in size and value, for prestigious commercial properties across central London and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare tenders and commercial bids to help bring in new business.
2. Develop and present project proposals.
3. Meet with clients to understand their requirements.
4. Produce plans and estimate budgets and timescales.
5. Discuss, draft, review, and negotiate the terms of business contracts.
6. Manage construction schedules and budgets.
7. Attend site meetings to monitor progress.
8. Act as the main point of contact for clients, site, and project managers.
9. Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations.
10. Oversee invoicing at the end of a project.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. At least 3 years' experience in contract management, preferably within commercial property maintenance.
2. A trade background is preferred but not essential.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. A positive approach to problem-solving and health and safety practices.
5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
6. Full UK driving licence and the ability to commute to Potters Bar.
Salary and Benefits:
1. Salary - £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
