The Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Account Executive to support client accounts, manage content creation and publishing, and help deliver marketing campaigns. This is a varied role that blends client management with hands-on content execution, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both relationship-building and creative work.
You'll be responsible for ensuring client projects run smoothly, writing and publishing engaging content, and supporting the team in delivering outstanding marketing campaigns. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop their career in a specialist agency while gaining experience across multiple aspects of marketing and account management.
This is a fully remote position, but you will be required to attend a monthly team meeting in our London office.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Project Management:
* Act as a key point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication and ensuring their needs are met.
* Assist in project coordination, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
* Support the team with administrative tasks, such as preparing proposals, reports, and scheduling meetings.
Content Creation & Publishing:
* Write engaging social media content, blog posts, and website copy tailored to the construction sector.
* Upload and schedule content across relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, WordPress).
* Ensure content aligns with brand tone and marketing strategy.
* Optimise content for SEO and audience engagement.
* Monitor and respond to social media interactions when required.
Campaign Execution & Reporting:
* Assist in planning and delivering digital marketing campaigns.
* Monitor and report on content performance using SEMrush and other analytics tools.
* Identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.
What We're Looking For
* Some experience in marketing, content creation, or account management (agency experience preferred but not essential).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
* An understanding of social media and digital marketing best practices.
* Highly organised with great attention to detail.
* A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
* Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and scheduling tools (e.g., SEMrush).
* Interest or experience in the construction sector is desirable but not essential.
