Production Operative Needed in Sowton Area (Near M5 Junction 29)
Excellent Rates of Pay: Starting from 29k per annum.
Temp to Permanent opportunities available.
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm, 2:00pm – 10:00pm.
Alternative shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm, 2:00pm – 10:00pm, 10pm - 6am.
We have immediate openings for Production Operatives on various shift patterns. If you have experience in production, assembly, or machining, OR a strong desire and aptitude for working in this environment we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Precision Work: Handle small parts with dexterity and attention to detail.
- Quality Control: Ensure all products meet high-quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team to meet production goals.
- Training: Participate in comprehensive training programs to enhance your skills.
- Adaptability: Flexibly move between departments as needed after training.
What You’ll Offer:
- Previous experience in production, assembly, machine operation, or manufacturing, OR a strong desire and aptitude for working in this environment.
- Flexibility to work across multiple departments after training.
- A positive, reliable attitude.
- Hardworking and enthusiastic approach.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good level of English (written, reading, and verbal).
