The Sir John Brunner Foundation is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. This role is pivotal in aligning HR strategies with our organisational objectives, providing a critical link between the HR function and our academies. Our leadership teams highly value the added expertise and support this role brings.
In joining a welcoming, experienced and professional HR team, you will manage all aspects of people management to facilitate the delivery of the Foundation’s strategic priorities. As an experienced HR practitioner, you will work proactively, communicate effectively and provide credible advice and guidance to managers and leadership teams. Your enthusiasm and passion for delivering the best quality service for our people will directly contribute to the success of the Academies, children and families we serve.
We are looking for candidates with strong generalist experience and excellent knowledge of employment legislation. A particular interest in employee relations, organisational development and talent management or reward would be welcomed.
Our Multi Academy Trust, of three High Schools and a Sixth Form College operates at the heart of our local communities. The Foundation’s offices are based at Sir John Deane’s Sixth Form College campus set in beautiful grounds. The other Academies are all within easy reach, based in Cheshire. Regular travel to visit colleagues at the nominated academies will be required.
This is a highly sought-after term-time plus 4 week contract (42 weeks per year), offering excellent work-life balance as the post holder will not be required to work during most of the school holidays. However, consideration will be given to alternative working patterns for the right candidate.
