Coaching and mentoring Senior team and Managers during the recruitment process. Offer Letters and Contracts (excluding IL grades) Ensure Right to work checks are completed for any potential employee before a job offer is made. To follow up on any employee whose work permit is due to expire and update the Nationality Gender Spreadsheet to keep track of the expiry date. Set new starters up on Hydra system and Workday Co-ordinate Induction with Managers and L&D team, IT and Engineering Co-Ordinator. Update salary spreadsheet Maintaining KPI spreadsheets Update the Nationality Gender Spreadsheet with starters and leavers and anyone that changes hours. Update holiday entitlement spreadsheet with starters and leavers and hours/department change Creating yearly spreadsheets for Long service awards and Big Birthdays and then sending letters and certificates for Long service awards and sending out Big Birthday cards. Updating the HR Tracker Update Workday with any contractual changes. Update Hydra master data with any contractual changes Updating Hydra with holiday entitlements for new starters Support with clearing anomalies Be a super user on Hydra and to train any new Manager in how to deal with clearing their anomalies. Be a super user on Workday to train all employees Carry out company HR Inductions Support in advising managers and taking notes in grievances and disciplinary meetings Continually look at ways to improve processes Update all systems with any employee personal change or contractual changes Liaise with senior team to Create Bi monthly news letter Support with the organisation of annual Christmas function for both staff and hourly paid employees. Support with UK HR Strategy and getting involved with the HR Projects Ad hoc admin tasks and checking HR post boxes. Mental Health notice board updated Co-ordinate any charity events Any other reasonable request Requirements: CIPD Level 3 Qualified Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft packages – Word and Excel. Excel to intermediate level would be considered beneficial. Working knowledge of Time and Attendance Systems. HYDRA would be an advantage, although not essential as training will be provided.
