Role Overview: As a Project Manager, reporting to the Operations Manager for the UK&I, you will be responsible for the coordination, scheduling, installation, and management of new store openings for both new and existing UK clients. You will act as the primary point of contact between customers and installation service providers, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the high-quality standards expected. Your role involves managing the full lifecycle of new store installations—from providing quotes, obtaining purchase orders, ordering equipment, to scheduling and coordinating installations with internal and external stakeholders. You will ensure that data is successfully delivered back to ShopperTrak and that client satisfaction is maintained throughout the project. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Project Management: Coordinate all aspects of new store installations, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline while meeting the high-quality standards expected. Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between customers and service providers, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Process Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to ShopperTrak’s project management processes, striving for ‘right first-time’ installations and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact project delivery, offering solutions to ensure successful project completion within deadlines. New Site Take-On/Handover: Ensure smooth handovers and successful completion of installations, eliminating the need for rework. Client Satisfaction: Monitor and measure client satisfaction throughout the implementation phase, ensuring a high level of service is consistently maintained. Additional Responsibilities: Manage a shared mailbox for communication with colleagues, customers, and service providers. Run regular CRM reports to help streamline tasks with other Project Managers. Provide weekly financial forecasts. Skills & Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing projects. Expertise in gathering and interpreting client requirements. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Strong understanding of IT and network infrastructures is advantageous. Proficient in using Windows/Microsoft Office software and CRM systems. Well-organized, methodical, and process-driven approach to project management. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
