Support students' social, emotional, and personal growth, helping them develop confidence and independence. About You: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification. Solid understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching methods. Experience teaching in a primary school setting (desirable but not essential for ECTs). A genuine passion for working with children and a dedication to supporting their academic and personal growth. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. A creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning.
