The successful applicant will be responsible for a number of duties including (but not limited to):
* Use data retrieval tools to collect and share relevant data on delivery performance and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Generate and manage reports to support the team in their daily functions, aiding in decision-making and performance
* Create and update shipping reports, as well as other related administrative
* Assist with data and rate card
* Liaise with external logistics providers
The role is fully office based at our Eastbourne facility. The hours for this role will be 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
