Job summary West Leeds Family Practice is a long established, proactive, respected and friendly GP training practice, with a growing list size of 20,000 patients, located across 3 sites in West Leeds. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly motivated practice manager to lead the practice in continuing to develop and embrace new ways of working and ensure that opportunities maximise productivity whilst delivering excellent patient care. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and take responsibility for organisational leadership, service improvement and delivery of key targets across all clinical and administrative areas within the practice. Previous management experience, leadership and people skills, competency in office IT and effective communication skills at all levels is essential. Reporting directly to the GP Partners, the Practice Manager must be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills and experience; and be proactive and well organised with apassion for delivering high standards in patient or customer services.
