Job Description In this role, you'll report into the Associate Director Of Supply Chain Management and you will be responsible for ensuring products are supplied on time from our internal manufacturing sites, and our contract manufacturing sites. You will be the main contact point in the supply team to identify any supply issues and mitigate, this to not affect our customers as much as possible Duties, Responsibilities, Activities: Own’s and manage MRP parameter data to deliver the correct inventory levels and stability to our commercial operations Owns day to day Planning activities for the supply of finished goods Contribute with inputs to the Sales & Operations Planning process Runs and owns the MRP Exception message reports each week and actions weekly exception messages Works with the Senior Inventory Logistics planners and sales marketing to set re-order points at our DP’S and 3PL Works with global supply chain on any supply issues within our network The main communication point for the business for supply issues to communicate this out to be commercial business team, and our distribution partners Track safety stock levels, shelf-life expectancy, and slow-moving products working with the senior demand planners and sales commercial to mitigate any write off to the commercial business Cover for the Associate Director of Supply Chain Management where necessary Produce monthly report for all UIN on stock holding v forward forecast Works with the Logistics planner and the DPs to ensure all audit cycle counts and stock checks take place as per our financial policy Works with the logistics planner to ensure all IDOC’S at DP’s and AllogaUK are actioned each day Works with the logistics planner to ensure re-con is carried out on a daily to target level set in the business Placment of orders in SAP for non managed VMI uin’s Experienc e required: Experience in Supply planning in a pharmaceutical or FMCG environment Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Senior Supply planning role Demonstrated highly developed numeracy planning skills through qualification or experience Ideally degree educated Desirable to have a supply chain qualification like CIPS Contribute to the commercial team as a member of the commercial operations supply chain team Internal key contacts include Global Supply Chain, CMO team, commercial sales, marketing, regulatory affairs, finance, customer services External contact with our external CMO manufactures We are proud to be a company that embraces the value of bringing diverse, talented, and committed people together.
