About the role:
The Team Coordinator will play a key role in the coordination and support of our Assessment Team (South). They will support the day to day requirements of the team, working closely with the Principal Social Worker and Team Manager. The Team Coordinator will act as the direct point of contact and service delivery for children, families and partner agencies, ensuring that they have a team point of contact.
About you:
The Team Coordinator will be able to work flexibly and adapt to the meet the needs of the team they are supporting, and have a strong desire to assist our teams in achieving positive outcomes for children and families.
What you will do:
You will be able to use your knowledge of social services and the local authority to provide advice and guidance to the workers within Children’s Services and to our partners in other agencies. The Team Coordinator will use a professional and helpful
manner to be a point of contact for the families that we work with.
