3rd Line Support Engineer

Based out of our Newcastle office, we deliver exceptional Telecommunication products and services to our clients across the UK.
What you will be doing?
* Provide exceptional 3rd line level technical support for our telecoms solutions, including, but not limited to VoIP, SIP, and PSTN, along with mobile networks.
* Resolve complex and testing issues, delivering excellent customer service throughout.
* Maintain systems and perform plans to ensure continued upgrades, patches, and review optimal performance of the solutions.
* Carry out incident management both remotely and when required, going to the client site.
* Concentrate on continuous improvement to identify areas of weakness and deliver solutions that create a better service for our customers.
We need you to have:
* Proven experience supporting Telecom solutions.
* Be analytical and have strong problem-solving skills.
* Have an eye for detail with strong organisational skills.
It’s nice to have:
* Systems experience including scripting (Python/Powershell).
* Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP.
* Experience with field-based work.
