Finyx is a boutique Strategy Consultancy passionate about transforming the way Digital Services are delivered. We’ve come a long way since we first started in 2006; but our desire to operate client-side, offering wholly independent advice and support to our clients hasn’t changed.

Job Overview
* Principal Consultant focused on business change opportunities that support our clients in achieving the outcomes of their transformation projects.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to align change management initiatives with commercial objectives and the broader people strategy across organisations.
* Applying expertise from organizational change experience to create successful strategies to support individuals and teams through the change process and increase adoption rates.
* Leveraging structured business change management methodologies, processes and tools to develop change management plans and artefacts.
* Skilled communicator with the ability to engage and connect at all levels to promote the benefits of business change management activities.
Experience
Ideally 7+ years relevant Change Management experience (gained within Digital Transformation or IT projects)
Skills
* Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools/software
* Digital domain expertise – Agile ways of working, User Experience
* Strong consultative, relationship building, networking and influencing skills
* M365 skills especially those focused on engaging user communications
Nice to have
* NPPV3 / SC vetting
* Project Management Certification
* Operating model/Organisational Design experience
* Agile Certification
