Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Programme Manager to lead and oversee subscription transformation programs within the Transformation Office. You will drive strategic initiatives, manage program execution, and ensure successful delivery across people, process, and technology pillars, supporting strategic business health.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
* Program Leadership: Provide leadership, align programs with strategic objectives.
* Strategic Planning: Define goals, develop roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
* Program Governance: Establish governance, monitor progress, mitigate risks, resolve issues, define roles and responsibilities.
* Stakeholder Management: Engage stakeholders, build relationships, ensure communication and alignment.
* Process Improvement: Identify and implement process optimization opportunities.
* Program Delivery: Drive execution, monitor progress, ensure quality and timeliness.
* Budget & Resource Management: Manage budgets, resources, and optimize utilization.
* Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, mitigate risks, develop contingency plans.
* Quality Assurance & Change Management: Ensure standards, implement change strategies.
* Continuous Improvement: Evaluate programs, capture lessons, enhance processes.
* Reporting & Communication: Develop communication strategies, prepare reports, conduct meetings.
* Team Management: Lead a team of project managers and resources, with direct and indirect reporting.
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of project/program experience, with at least 3 at managerial level.
* Experience managing transformational programs and complex integrations in the business software industry.
* Proficiency with project management tools.
* Desired: Bachelor’s in computer science, engineering, or related; PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies, software development/testing, leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, industry trends, change management, and continuous improvement.
