I am working with a client in Bradford to recruit a HR Administrator for a temporary position starting ASAP.
Your duties:
1. Develop and maintain professional sound working relationships with all employees and the HR team.
2. Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) on the HR systems, to ensure all employment requirements are met.
3. Liaise with other departments/functions (payroll, benefits etc.) for new starters, leavers, as and when required.
4. Produce and submit regular reports on general HR activity as and when required.
5. Support the HR Officer in preparation of the monthly HR reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
6. Ownership of the onboarding process: maintaining onboarding and leavers trackers for compliance purposes, providing regular checks and updates.
7. Checking and confirming offer requests, sending accurate offer of employment paperwork within agreed timescales, and chasing documentation before the start date.
