Requirements
1. Experience in composite engineering, tooling design, and machining.
2. Background in robotics, automation, and algorithm development.
3. Strong knowledge of composite laminating and surface finishing techniques.
4. A track record of driving continuous improvement and process optimization.
5. Experience with cutting edge technologies in the engineering and manufacturing fields.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex engineering challenges.
7. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
8. A degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred but not essential.
