The Ideal Candidate :
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and degree in specialist subject
* Experience of teaching at Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
* Evidence of securing high outcomes from students
* Ability to use IT to support effective teaching and learning
* Commitment to continuing professional development
* Effective form tutoring and committed to the importance of pastoral support
* Believe that students make the best progress when teaching is well planned and well delivered
About the Role:
As a Maths Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping students understanding and appreciation of Maths. This fulfilling role involves:
* Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated Maths lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), with the opportunity to teach at KS5 depending on your experience and expertise.
* Creating a stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and a love for problem:solving.
* Assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and implementing personalised learning strategies to support individual needs.
