Our client is looking for an Associate Director who excels in client relations, delivering research insights, and driving business growth. In this role, you’ll combine strategic insight with team leadership, helping clients make impactful decisions and guiding the team’s development. Key Responsibilities Client & Account Management : Act as the main client contact, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and on time. Strengthen client relationships and pursue new business opportunities. Develop compelling, strategic proposals with minimal oversight. Contribute to commercial planning and key account growth. Research & Insight : Design and lead qualitative and quantitative research projects. Ensure insights are actionable and clearly communicated. Deliver presentations that align with client strategies. Team Development : Mentor junior team members, promoting a collaborative, high-performance environment. Act as a positive role model within the team. What You’ll Bring 7 years of market research experience, focused on healthcare/pharma. Proven client management skills with a track record of business growth.
