Sales & Customer Service Administrator Carrickfergus Kenect Recruitment is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Administrator for our client based in Carrickfergus. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of £26,000 - £29,000 DOE. Role Overview: This role is customer service-focused and ideal for an enthusiastic, well-organised individual with strong communication skills. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring seamless coordination between departments to meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities: -Order processing and database management -Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries -Managing stock control and liaising with suppliers -Providing customer-facing support and resolving queries efficiently -Collaborating with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment -Using Microsoft Office packages for reporting and administrative tasks -Reporting directly to the Sales Director Please note: This is NOT a cold-calling sales role. It is a customer service-focused position requiring a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
