Key Responsibilities:
1. Informing customers about scheduled power outages via phone, email, and text.
2. Providing detailed information on outage timings and expected duration.
3. Advising customers on how to prepare and what to expect during outages.
4. Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues related to planned outages.
5. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong attention to detail and ability to convey complex information clearly.
3. Ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
4. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
Hours:
Shift work - 37 Hours between the following times:
Monday to Friday: 8am-10pm
Saturday: 8am-5pm
