This role is important in promoting and protecting Experian's reputation, guiding customers and stakeholders, and being an ambassador for our brand and purpose.
This is a hybrid role based in our London or Nottingham office reporting into our Senior Consumer Affairs Manager.
Work that matters - What you'll be doing
* Public Engagement: Deliver training sessions to the general public, external groups and debt advice organisations. As well as supporting consumer PR campaigns
* Media Representation: Act as a spokesperson for Experian in multiple media formats, including print, broadcast, and podcasts.
* Partner Support: Engage with industry, government, consumer groups, and debt advice sectors, identifying new opportunities for Experian.
* Team Collaboration: Foster media relationships and support the team to build relationships with internal and external partners.
Qualifications
What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian
* Ability to present information clearly at all levels, both internally and externally.
* Proficiency in using PowerPoint and delivering engaging presentations.
* Ability to work with autonomy.
* Maintain networks and relationships.
* Produce work to high standards with excellent attention to detail
More about you
* Interest in Finance: A passion for financial literacy, public relations, and the media.
* Knowledge of Experian: Familiarity with Experian's products and services, especially credit bureau data.
* Financial Advocacy: A commitment to educating the public about finance and credit reporting to support financial inclusion and health.
* Industry Contacts: Good connections within the financial services industry, including consumer advocacy groups.
