We are keen to speak with Qualified Accountants to join a leading Lloyd's of London Insurance client of ours on a 6-month contract, on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to play a key role within a dynamic team in the London insurance market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the preparation of financial statements and regulatory returns (Lloyd's and PRA)
2. Assist with quarterly and annual reporting
3. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and profit & loss analysis
4. Ensure compliance with Lloyd's and UK GAAP reporting standards
5. Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes
6. Work closely with senior stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations
Requirements:
1. Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
2. Lloyd's of London experience in a similar role is essential
3. Strong understanding of Lloyd's reporting, UK GAAP, and Solvency II requirements
4. Proven track record in financial reporting, regulatory returns, and reconciliations
5. Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
Benefits:
