Implementation Consultant- Student Record Systems
Implementation Consultant- SRS (Student Record Systems) Remote role based anywhere in the UK. Salary between £45- £60K depending on experience plus up to £7K bonus and excellent company benefits. This role is a mixture of home and site working (not frequent, 10%). My client is a higher education technology consultancy who are looking to grow their team in the UK. They are looking for an Implementation Consultant with SRS implementation experience. You might be currently working in registry or student records as a Student Record Manager, Student Systems Development, Deputy/Assistant Academic Registrar (Students), Business Analyst, Implementation Consultant or similar role and would love to take your experience with SRS into a consultancy role.
Responsibilities for the Implementation Consultant- SRS:
1. Responsible for all aspects related to the implementation of Banner SIS including build experience across one or more areas such as course catalog, offerings, curriculum management, admissions, enrolment, course registration, assessments, progressions & Awards or student records.
2. Working with customers in the UK Higher Education sector.
3. Proactively preparing for and delivering high quality implementation consulting services which include requirements capture, design, configuration and build, testing and training.
4. Success will be measured by customer satisfaction, achievement of projects, and utilisation targets.
Requirements for the Implementation Consultant- SRS:
1. Strong Student Information System experience (3 years) with one or more of Banner (preferred), Oracle/Peoplesoft Campus, QLS, Quercus, SITS, Thesis Student Management or other SRS product.
2. Implementation and upgrade experience (2 years) of SRS or other related software products used within UK Higher Education.
3. Exposure to one or more of course catalog, offerings, curriculum management, admissions, enrolment, course registration, assessments, progressions & Awards or student records.
4. Strong communication and presentation skills.
5. Strong prioritisation skills, able to manage activities based on business impact.
6. Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
7. Predominantly remote role, but must be able to travel onsite to deliver consulting and implementation services- up to 10% of your time (not a weekly requirement, but a few days as and when needed).
8. Must be based and have the right to work in the UK.
