Job summary We have a rare opportunity for an Reception Team Leader to join our team at The Robert Darbishire Practice (RDP), which is one of 3 practices operated by Better Health MCR. RDP has two sites: the largest is in Rusholme Health Centre and there is a branch at The University of Manchester, in Crawford House on Booth Street East. RDP is one of the largest GP practices in Greater Manchester and as Reception Team Leader you will play a pivotal role in its day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that the service received by our patients reflects our core values of care and curiosity to deliver high standards of customer service. Main duties of the job The Reception Team Leader is responsible for the management of the reception team of The Robert Darbishire Practice, including the University GP Service branch, and takes ownership of day-to-day team operations to ensure the smooth running of the reception service. They must ensure that the reception team are well-trained, supported and well-organised so that they provide an efficient and effective service to our patients and clinicians, offering the highest level of customer service. You would work in partnership with the Office Manager and other management colleagues to ensure the delivery of an organised and efficient service that follows our policies to meet the demands and needs of our patients.
