We’re hiring; We have grown significantly over the past five years and we have plan to continue, so we’re hiring a Strategy and Planning Manager to enable us to define and deliver our strategy and vision. You’ll work closely with the CEO and Executive team. Reporting to the Strategy and Planning Director you’ll play a key role in establishing the Strategy and Planning function; You’ll support the establishment of Strategy and Planning Working closely with Directors to establish cadence and ensure effective prioritisation and focus on strategic delivery Play a key role in setting up and embedding Objective and Key Results framework Strategy Development Play a lead role on strategy reviews and research projects. Generating insights through research, market and financial analysis mode Strategy Execution Working with senior leaders to develop roadmaps, mapping out initiatives to help us achieve our objectives and measuring against frameworks Collaborating with key stakeholders at director level to ensure effective planning and prioritisation and regularly reporting to ExCo on progress against strategy Strategic Projects Acting as an ‘internal consultant’ for the business, leading on strategic projects. You’ll work with SMEs to scope, research and analyse, generating insights and recommendations, when required overseeing implementation Leading cross functional teams and providing project and stakeholder management, developing written outputs and presenting recommendation. About You To be successful as our Strategy and Planning Manager it would be ideal if you have experience within a strategy function or consulting role. You also offer Problem solving and analysis skills – from defining scope, to research and analysis with the ability to generate insights and present recommendations Effective relationship building, showcasing your ability to work across functions, internally and externally, utilising your influencing skills. The ability to communicate clearly and confidently at all levels of the business, providing clarity to key stakeholders using verbal, written and visual communication You’re able to work autonomously, taking the initiative to overcome barriers and managing your own workload under time-pressure. It would be ideal if you have previous experience within the finance or insurance sectors and have advanced knowledge of strategy tools, frameworks and methodologies. Why work for us?
