Key responsibilities include: Supervising and directing a site team to install and inspect fall protection systems Managing and delivering projects that are assigned to them in accordance with the directions of the Project Manager/Leader Writing job progress & completion reports and complete daily time sheets in a timely manner Managing and being responsible for materials and tools and maintain good site housekeeping throughout Correctly projecting instructions including drawings and set out works in accordance with the directions of the Project Manager/Leader and Method Statement Understanding, reviewing and making changes to risk assessments where site conditions dictate this must be done in collaborations with the Project Manager/Leader. Promoting a safe working culture by giving regular site toolbox talks and safety briefings Communicating and working closely with the office based Project Management team in order to successfully deliver projects to the complete satisfaction of the customer. Essential Experience Demonstrable experience of delivering a wide scope of site based projects – minimum 2 years. Physically fit and confident at Working at Height and/or confined spaces Hold a full valid manual driving license and able to drive motorway distances in a range of commercial vehicles up to 3.5T GVW Reliable, punctual & good time management skills Concern for quality Self-motivated, pro-active and able to adapt to challenges with the job.
