Description Amazon is seeking an experienced communications professional to join our International Stores Communications Central team, part of the Global Communications & Corporate Responsibility organization. Reporting to the International Core Retail Communications Lead, you will drive global coordination of key narratives across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions. Your focus will be on Amazon's wide selection (such as fashion, beauty, and everyday essentials), value proposition, and overall shopping experience. In this role, you'll develop insight-led strategies that resonate across diverse international countries. You'll collaborate with global and in-country communication teams, while partnering with senior stakeholders and centralized business teams to optimize processes and enhance communications performance. We're looking for someone who brings a strategic mindset and can drive operational excellence, driving efficiencies and results across multiple regions. Key job responsibilities - Develop and execute global communications strategies for key Amazon Stores narratives, including priority initiatives and campaigns - Lead multichannel consumer-facing communications campaigns across international countries - Design and implement measurement frameworks across earned, paid, and social media channels - Create and maintain playbooks to standardize communications programs and drive global efficiency - Manage strategic relationships with cross-functional partners in communications, marketing, and business teams - Identify and manage PR risks to protect brand reputation - Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership Basic Qualifications - Demonstrated experience at a senior level in professional communications or public relations - Experience in developing and executing consumer-facing communication campaigns - Proficiency in communications measurement and evaluation - Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence teams and senior stakeholders Preferred Qualifications - Experience coordinating communications programs across multiple countries - Track record of strategic planning, consultation and delivery on major consumer-facing communication campaigns - Strong analytical skills, including budget management and KPI tracking Knowledge of retail and e-commerce industry trends - Experience with influencer relations and social media campaigns - Proficiency in media monitoring and analysis tools Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
