Regional Trainer/Assessor in Engineering
We are seeking a skilled Regional Trainer/Assessor to join our team at Weston College, one of the fastest-growing Colleges in the UK.
This full-time role involves working 37 hours per week and requires the ability to travel across multiple locations.
A Recruitment and Retention Premia of £3000 per annum is included in this position, in addition to the normal salary.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assessing apprentice competence within a college and work-based environment.
* Tracking and monitoring apprentice progress using nominated online systems.
* Preparing and maintaining periodic reports of apprentice progression.
Requirements:
* A Level 3 Engineering Qualification relevant to the work.
* Current knowledge and understanding of the Engineering Sector.
* Significant employment experience within the Engineering Industry.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
