Ensuring the company meets its legal, regulatory, and fiduciary responsibilities while promoting the success of the company in accordance with its constitution and objectives. The Chair provides leadership to the board, sets its strategic direction and ensures effective operations whilst supporting the CEO in their responsibilities of the day-to-day management of the organisation.
