Job Title: Early Years Teaching Assistant
Location: Dartford
Pay: GBP88 - GBP110 per day (via PAYE)

Vision for Education is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a primary school near Dartford. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for working with young children, to support their learning and development in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons to children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Support small groups and individual children with their learning, helping to foster a love of learning.
* Help with classroom management and create a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment.
* Assist with the planning and preparation of learning resources and activities.
* Provide pastoral support, ensuring children feel supported, happy, and confident in their learning.
* Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to the teacher.
* Work with the wider school team, including other teaching assistants and staff members, to ensure the smooth running of the school day.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working with young children, ideally within an Early Years setting.
* A relevant qualification such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent (desirable).
* A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team.
* A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
* Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo one.
Minimum Requirements:
* Have relevant experience of working with children, young people or vulnerable adults.
