Job Title: SEN Tutor Salary: £25 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide tailored academic support to students with special educational needs (SEN) Create and implement individualised learning plans based on students' needs Assist students in developing study skills and strategies Monitor and track student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support students' learning Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience working with students with SEN Knowledge of SEN support strategies Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: At least 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring students with SEN Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of different learning styles and abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Preferred Qualifications: Additional training in Special Education or SEN Experience working in a school or educational setting Working Conditions: Part-Time hours Flexible schedule Work closely with students, parents, and educational professionals All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
