Key Responsibilities: Support the teaching staff in delivering lessons and interventions. Assist students with special educational needs in their learning and development. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils. Provide one-to-one or small group support to enhance student engagement. Help with the preparation of classroom materials and resources. Monitor student progress and report observations to the teaching team. Support the social and emotional well-being of students. Encourage independence and build students’ confidence. Qualifications and Experience: Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role (desirable but not essential). A positive, empathetic, and patient approach to working with children. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant certificate, are advantageous but not required.
