About Vertase FLI
VertaseFLI is one of the largest and most respected technically qualified remediation contractors in the UK. We encompass remediation design, all the readily available and commercially viable remediation technologies, major earthworks, groundworks, civil engineering and landfill construction. Projects range in value from tens of thousands to multi million pounds and are undertaken all over the UK.
The role
We are looking for an Administrator to join our team. You must have excellent computer skills and be comfortable on the telephone.
The role is varied and will involve supporting the MD, the commercial team and working with both clients and suppliers. You will be a key link between the between management teams, site based employees, office based staff and therefore an integral part of the team. Tasks may include helping book travel and accommodation, keeping the office tidy and supplied, and providing general admin support to the team based from our Sheffield office and to some of the sites based in the North.
It is imperative that tasks are carried out in an accurate and timely manner.
About You
* Strong administration experience
* Good data entry skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, both orally and written.
* Strong IT systems experience, with knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
* Capable of working on own initiative and able to make decisions
