The Yarrow Hotel has exciting new positions available in our 28-bedroom hotel we are looking to appoint a Housekeeper. As a Housekeeper you will be responsible for the upkeep, cleanliness and adequate provision of rooms ready for the Yarrow Hotel Guest Journey. In your role as Housekeeper you will ensure all rooms are cleaned to the specified standard within the time allocated and to maintain systems for ensuring all areas of the hotel are checked for cleanliness against established standards. About You Our Housekeepers are expected to act as an Ambassador for the Yarrow Hotel delivering individualised and personalised services for business and leisure travellers; whereby guests will feel refreshed and recharged, so they can get more done, business or pleasure. You are to provide a personal, confident, conversational, direct and affirming service to make guests feel refreshed and recharged and want to return. You must have the inside knowledge of your hotel and local area to ensure that our guests get the most out of their stay. The successful candidate will have good communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written e.g. customer service and good organisational skills in order to provide an effective and efficient service.
