The Supervisor Quality Assurance leads a team of Quality Assurance Analysts and supports organization with process quality improvements efforts. Introduces new process quality audit controls, performs quality audit checks, keeps control of quality check consistency, and analyses the quality audit results. Designs, implements, and maintains quality assurance processes, protocols, and methods relating to the assurance of the quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Oversees the work of a mid-size team of individuals - multi-sites or geography.
• Directs and prioritizes process audit assignments for subordinate staff.
• Selects, trains, coaches, and manages the performance and development of the team to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
• Performs SOX and QA audits and supports organization with internal and external audit activities.
• Supports the organization with initial compliance and ongoing preparation, testing and monitoring of conformance to established quality assurance processes and standards.
• Provides leadership with suggestions for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establishes, gathers, analyses, maintains, and distributes process quality results and metrics.
• Defines and specifies the implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for quality check evaluations.
• Develops, implements, and maintains quality assurance control systems and activities.
• Understands the interests of other stakeholders and communicates appropriately to inform or engage others in resolution of process non-conformance.
• Communicates process quality standards, major non-conformances across all organization.
• Manages execution of assigned process improvement initiatives to achieve continuous improvement in all relevant Quality KPIs.
• Facilitates internal training on quality assurance requirements, processes, and procedures.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a Supervisor Quality Assurance with at least 5-8 years of experience in this role or similar, with solid knowledge of quality tools and techniques including basic statistics. You will also have:
