We're looking for a Admin and Finance Assistant to join our Finance and Admin team. On any given day you could be doing one or all of these things:
* Provide administrative support to the Welcome Team, Property Lawyers and any other areas of the business as required, ensuring smooth client onboarding and efficient conveyancing services
* Assist with office administration, including processing mail, maintaining the internal filing system, and responding to general and accounts related enquiries
* Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
* Assist with general administrative tasks to enhance client experience and business operations
* Ensure timely and accurate financial processing, including recording of all client account transactions, processing bills and invoices, and reconciling bank accounts, client ledgers and credit cards daily
* Assist with financial tasks such as payroll processing, VAT returns, management accounts, and annual statutory accounts
* Support financial performance tracking and reporting
* Complete all administrative and finance tasks in accordance with compliance processes and procedures
* Deliver against financial management, administrative and compliance KPIs
Requirements
* Previous administration experience
* Excellent organisational skills
* Warm and personable communication skills
* Keen eye for detail and an ability to prioritise effectively
* Highly numerate with strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Previous cashiering and/or experience with management of client money accounts
* Experience of Xero software and strong Excel skills would be advantageous
* Strong affinity for digital technology
