Thameside Theatre
Technical Manager
Salary: £31,199
Grade D
37 Hours per Week
16 Months Fixed term contract
Are you an experienced qualified technical leader with a keen eye for detail and a passion for managing technical facilities and staff, ensuring the highest quality of technical delivery?
We are looking for an inspiring, dedicated individual to join our team and take charge of the technical department, including staff management and technical administration.
As Technical Manager, your duties will include but are not confined to:
* Organizing technical training,
* Managing rosters and budgets,
* Liaising with Hirers,
* Ensuring the maintenance of technical equipment and systems,
* Responsibility for Health and Safety.
As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to service improvements and promote the theatre's welcoming, inclusive, accessible values.
A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at enhanced level will be required for this role.
