We are seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join our team in Spalding, Long Sutton and Holbeach. In this role, you will provide essential support to patients and assist healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality care. Key Responsibilities: * Assisting patients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and mobility * Supporting patients with meals and hydration * Monitoring patients’ conditions and reporting changes to healthcare staff * Providing emotional support and companionship * Ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients * Assisting with medical procedures under supervision What We Are Looking For: * Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant (preferred but not essential) * A caring and empathetic nature with a passion for helping others * Good communication and teamwork skills * Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment * A willingness to learn and develop within the role If you are ready to take on this rewarding role and contribute to a team dedicated to delivering high-quality care, we would love to hear from you
