Team Leader (Decor)
Full time or Part time/Jobshare - 36.75 hours per week
Permanent Contract
Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 7.00am - 10.00pm
£25,378.08 - £29,000 (Inclusive of an £0.81 per hour, store specific location allowance)

2. Manage resources and lead by example in safety and customer service.
3. Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Required skills & experience
1. Significant retail experience and ability to maximize team performance.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and quick decision-making ability.
3. Positive attitude with innovative ideas for enhancing customer and colleague experiences.
4. Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to new working methods.
5. Flexibility to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
