Are you an experienced children's support worker who is looking for a new adventure? Then join our highly valued team and start a truly rewarding career!
Salary: £36,069.00 to £37,509.00 per annum (based on 8 to 10 sleeps per month and an hourly rate of £14.60). Opportunities to pick up overtime at an enhanced rate.
Hours: 173 hours per month - shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep-ins. Rotas are given in advance. We are a 365-day-a-year service due to the nature of our work.

Essential requirements for a Senior Children's Home Support Worker:
* A minimum of 12 months experience in a children's residential care home
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
* A full UK driving licence
* Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
* In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations, and best practices
* Values aligned with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
* Applicants must be aged 21 or above due to industry regulations
