We are looking to appoint a dynamicNight Porterwith an outstanding passion for creating memorable experiences, not only for their guests, but also for their team.
What we are looking for:
You will work as part of the overnight team providing a friendly, courteous and professional service.
You will have a sound understanding of the hotels policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene and Health and Safety.
You will ensure that all services provided throughout the day at the Concierge desk are available throughout the night.
Be familiar with all the facilities within the hotel and other destinations and keep up to date with all events and services available in London.
Greeting and assisting visitors and resident guests on their way in and out of the Hotel.
Requirements:
* For insurance purposes, you must have a clean and valid British Driving Licence
* Previous experience in a similar position in a 5 star establishment desirable.
* A good command of both written and spoken English is required. Additional languages would be an advantage.
