Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personalized one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN, helping them fully engage with the curriculum.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers to create a nurturing and inclusive learning atmosphere.
* Develop and implement individualized learning strategies to support the academic and social development of SEN students.
* Foster a positive, encouraging environment to help build students' confidence, independence, and social skills.
* Monitor and track student progress, providing regular updates to the SENCo, teachers, and parents.
* Assist in lesson preparation, adapting resources and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience working with children with special educational needs, preferably in a primary school setting.
* A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to supporting students' learning and well-being.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with staff, students, and families.
* A commitment to promoting inclusion and ensuring every child succeeds.
* Enhanced DBS check and the legal right to work in the UK.
