Working in a medium secure setting, you will demonstrate a good knowledge of occupational therapy input into risk assessment and risk management, and will be an integral member of the clinical team. Standardised clinical tools based on the Model of Human Occupation will be utilised where the post holder has identified their appropriateness using specialist knowledge. The post holder will supervise other members of the occupational therapy team, as well as contribute to service developments. You will act as a positive role model promoting the value of occupation, as well as upholding the values of the Priory Group.
