Client Solutions are the trusted advocates connecting key stakeholders, providing inspiration and insights, and driving collaboration that translates into long-term client partnerships and growth. We ensure the success of advertiser investments and proactively advise our clients on opportunities and solutions.
We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Client Solutions Manager to help scale our growing advertising business. This key member of the Advertising Team will work with sales, product, and other business partners to analyze and improve advertisers' performance on TikTok, supporting their marketing initiatives. Their activities include analyzing metrics of success for businesses in the Travel category, developing data-driven insights and recommendations, and communicating these effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive lower funnel media strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against clients' business goals.
- Support and collaborate with the sales team on pre-sale research and pitches.
- Educate teams on TikTok for Business offerings through learning sessions and training documentation.
- Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery.
- Expertise in advanced measurement solutions, such as Conversion Lift Studies, to drive actionable insights.
- Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with advertisers of all sizes.
- Present findings and insights consultatively to clients and collaborate with internal teams.
- Monitor and analyze ad campaigns to identify optimization opportunities.
- Work with product & engineering teams to troubleshoot client issues.
- Share marketplace feedback to guide our advertising strategy.
- Conduct regular business reviews to build productive client relationships.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in account management/performance in digital marketing.
- Experience executing on a biddable network.
- Knowledge of tracking, attribution, and measurement (Pixel, Events API, MMP, etc.).
- Experience managing brand advertisers and understanding their challenges.
- Ability to analyze data and identify insights for campaign performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Results-oriented with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proactive with excellent project management and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with visualization tools is a plus.
- Comfortable presenting complex analysis simply to C-suite stakeholders.
- Travel experience to support the growth of this category at TikTok.
