Leading and inspiring staff to deliver high-quality, person centred standards of care in line with Outlook Care Values whilst meeting the operational requirements of the contracts, regulatory requirements of CQC as well as evidencing quality of care through Single Assessment Framework. Working proactively with Quality and Governance Leads to deliver a safe service whilst developing positive and sustainable relationships with customers, staff, commissioning teams and other stakeholders. Provide support the Deputy/Clinical Lead to recruit, retain, develop the Nursing and Care staff team ensuring that the service is fully resourced through effective deployment. The Service: Foxburrow Grange is a 69 bed home with state-of-the-art facilities with an outstanding and friendly team of dedicated staff. The home has been delivering person-centred care for 30 years, is within easy reach of major transport links and close to Colchester town centre. The home comprises of four wings. On the ground floor are 32 bedrooms for residents with dementia, with a further 37 rooms on the first floor for people in need of nursing and/or dementia care.
